How we’ll work together
“I've sat on the hiring side of the table, and the secret is that interviewers are rooting for you — they want the search to be over. My job is making that easy for them: a resume that shows results in six seconds of skimming, answers with a shape, and a pitch you can deliver cold. None of it is talent. All of it is reps.”
A little background
Lauren’s story
Lauren spent six years in campus recruiting and corporate HR, reading upwards of a hundred resumes a day and watching brilliant candidates talk themselves out of offers in the first five minutes. She kept a private list of the fixable mistakes — then left to fix them full-time. She has coached students into first internships, career-changers into new fields, and one memorably nervous engineer into a director role.
What students say
467 ratings“Three sessions before my first internship hunt: rewrote my resume, drilled my pitch, fixed my rambling. Two offers. I still end answers 'on purpose.'”
“Career-changed from teaching to UX at 34. Lauren translated a decade of classroom experience into language recruiters recognized instantly.”
“The recorded speaking reps were uncomfortable and completely worth it. I heard my own filler words once and never unheard them. Presentation went perfectly.”
